  1. Bhangarh Fort in India.

                                 Situated in Rajasthan's Alwar district, the Bhangarh Fort is regarded as one of the world's most haunted locations. According to folklore, a tantrik cursed the village's citizens to perish and their homes to stay empty. If a roof is constructed even now, it will collapse. It is forbidden to visit the fort after dark       
      2.   India's Fern Hill Hotel                                             
                                 The Hotel gained notoriety for its eerie reputation while Raaz, a Bollywood horror movie, was being shot. One night, the crew awoke to the sound of furniture being rearranged on the first level. The hotel's first level does not exist, as the receptionist pointed out. 
      3.   HaiaBaciu Forest, Romania
                                 This forest, known as the "Bermuda Triangle of Transylvania," contains trees that twist in clockwise spirals as well as a circular 'dead zone' where no vegetation grows. Some residents believe the dead zone is a doorway through which individuals can disappear. 
      4.   Tower of London, England. 
                                 This mediaeval castle is thought to be haunted by various ghosts, including Anne Boleyn, Henry VI, and the ghosts of two young boys, imprisoned princes Edward and Richard. 
     5.   Leap Castle, Ireland. 
                                 A terrible murder occurred at Leap Castle when a member of the vicious O'Carroll clan murdered his brother while performing mass. The room was later known as 'The Bl00dy Chapel', with the ghost of the dead priest reported to haunt the church at night

     6.     Eastern State Penitentiary, USA.
                                 Eastern State Penitentiary, formerly the world's most famous and expensive jail, is now in ruins, a terrifying world of crumbling cellblocks and abandoned guard towers. Its lofty, sky-lit cells have housed some of America's most notorious criminals, including bank robber "Slick Willie" Sutton and Al Capone. 
     7.    The Queen Mary, USA.
                                 The Queen Mary, a former ocean liner that sailed largely in the North Atlantic Ocean between 1936 and 1967, is now a hotel and museum. Many parts are said to be haunted, and the ship is ranked among the top ten most haunted places in America. 
    8.     The Catacombs of Paris
                                 The Catacombs of Paris are underground ossuaries in Paris, France, that contain the bones of more than 6 million individuals. They are a network of old quarry tunnels situated south of the former city gate. The spooky ambiance of this location has given rise to several ghost stories. 
     9.    Poveglia Island, Italy.
                                 Poveglia is a small island in northern Italy's Venetian Lagoon, situated between Venice and Lido. It has been described to as one of the most haunted locales on the planet. The island was utilised as a plague quarantine station in the 14th century, then as a mental hospital, and is said to be haunted by the spirits of the sick and demented. 
    10.   Aokigahara Forest, Japan. 
                                 Aokigahara, or the Sea of Trees, is a forest on the northern face of Japan's Mount Fuji.thrives on 30 square km of hardened lava. The woodland has a long relationship with demons in Japanese mythology and is a frequent location for suicides, giving it a frightening reputation.
