Internet Usage A Boon Or A Bane?

Hello fellow bloggers! Today I want to put forth my views on how I felt that Internet is just not for all. Few days ago I read an article on Candlemonk about how Indian actresses are different from any every other actresses in the world. Intrigued by the title I started reading the article and somewhere in between it made me so uncomfortable, because the points written there for so disturbing like Indian actresses are famous for their cat fights. Male actors can be friends but not the females one. Also Indian actresses have the figure to carry a saree but they don't shy away from wearing a bikini infront of everyone. Though it also said that Indian actresses can learn any language as per the demand of the film. But the above two mentioned points disturbed me so much because how sexist of someone to say that just females always fight as they are jealous of each other and tell me if a scene demands some lesser clothes than we have seen our heroes shirtless also.
Another such article I read was on different platform. There the question was what was your saddest moment? A boy answered this question and said that a muslim girl from his class was confused if there was a holiday next day as next day was Makar sankranti. Being a muslim she asked "kal chutti h kya Matar sakar aunty ki?" And the boy got offended because according to him the girl was laughing on his religion so he replied " haan chutti hai jaise tumhare wahan chutti hoti hai Id- ulloo- fitoor ki" The guy had written long paragraphs as how he was hurt because a muslim girl made fun of his religion, his festivals so he replied the same way. Now my question is being a muslim it is not necessary that she would have known your festivals or the correct names of them. If you felt offended you could have corrected her first, if in case she would have disrespected it again then I can understand the anger. But the boy replied in the same way so where was the difference between the two? People be fighting in the name of their religions trust me the ones who are fully aware of their religions they never fight. I am sure no holy book or no God preach to insult any other religion. Infact they say not to even insult a child.
The usage of Internet is a boon but a bane too. I tell you the people who are fighting over their religions right now will once kill people from their own religion for their caste. And people who are writing scintillating things in the name of women we all know we can't expect anything from them.

I personally totally agree with all your points, as being on a same platform. I agree that we all have freedom to right whatever we want, but someone have to correct if we go on a wrong way...
