Hello Everyone,

Today I would like to share about must knowing skills of every engineers. You think why I am choosing this topic, Reason behind that is I had completed my Bachelor of  Engineering in the stream of Electrical and Elecctronics Engineering at 2020. Now I become an Engineer , I have following skills , Basic Computer skills, Programming languages, Technical software skills, Office autmation and networking. I update my skills regularly.  I had attended 20+ company's interview and learned from more new things, that must be helpful your interviews and career.

If you are from any department, this skills are really helpful to you. Basic technical skills are important for all catagory engineers. First thing you will decide which one of the field you are interested, either job or entreprenaur. This skills are necessary for every platform of work. 

Lets see those skills,

1. Basic technical skill

Before start your career you must be strong in besic engineering skills because it is the foundation of all department engineers. If you attend the interview they will ask from basics you are strong in basics then easily cracked it sucessfully. So you should learn and refresh those topics.

2.Communication

You speak in any language but your communication skill must be important. Speck confidently and share your thoughts to people. Your vice must be audible for all. Communication is the key of exploring your skills and thoughts. 

3.Presentation

Either you are entreprenaur or employee of any company, presentation skill is required. If you lead any team, you don't have a time to share information for every seperate person. Then you should show your presentation to your team members.

4.Team Work

Team work is required for most of the jobs. You must be adopt with environment and workers (Collegues)  are there.

5.Creative thinking

Every person must have this skill, It is really useful. Every company hire a unique person ,who must have creativity and know more skills.

6.Problem Solving

Engineering students are practise to solve the problems. Most of the MNC 's are expecting this problem solving skill from candidates. If you attend the interview first interview round is problem solving or Quantitative aptitude.

7.Analytical Skill

Every company expecting this requirement skill , Analytical skill is common for all engineers. They check you analyse the situation and you can able to solve that.
