How are you all ? I hope everyone is good . I'm back with another blog today and what I want to say is about a pleasant time . As we all know time is very precious to us . And that's one of the reason everyone is running with their career and getting jobs . I have seen many people working for hours and hours to achieve their goals and objectives , whatever they have in their lives. Working all the time on same thing creates stress to them . Actually , stress sometimes throws us into the situations which we cannot handle . We should handle that streets very carefully . Here , I want to suggest some , that makes u to get relief from the stress.
Listening music โ the best thing , to get rid off this stress . The music u listen can be melody or mass and that depends on your mood to listen . As I know that many people's streets booster is music . Really , it gives a pleasant and peaceful of mind . I just love it .
Reading books - reading books means that can be anything i.e., an article or a novel or a storybook etc. Make sure when u read something that matter should not be related to the reason of your stress . Get a place of calm to boost out your stress by reading whatever you want.
Having fun with friends - stress is also created when we don't talk and share anything to others. By sharing the reason of stress to our friends , also makes us to feel free and peaceful . Mostly, girls share everything with friends rather than boys .
Eating favourite food item๐ - it looks silly but the fact is eating also acts as a stress booster sometimes. There are many food lovers in this world. They just enjoy the food always. This also helps them when they get stressed.
Playing games - everyone in their childhood used to play many games of indoor and outdoor . Nowhere days , everyone is using mobiles to play games . Try to play outdoor games like cricket , shuttle , volleyball , football etc. Playing games like above mentioned also gives us a physical exercise to our body . It's very good to our health and makes us fit.
Gym - this is applicable mostly to boys because they spend more time in gyms rather than girls. It also gives Physical exercise to our body and makes us gym fit , healthy.
There are many ways to get out of the stress. It depends on the person's present mood and interest .
Final thing is the only to get rid of this stress is changing our mind direction on other events like I mentioned above .when we diver our mind on other things we concentrate on those things automatically and we will forget the stress . After sometime when we remember the reason of stress , we doesn't feel stress as we get stressed at first.
So, guys try to have a peaceful mind and good memories and good times by spending the time and giving importance to every thing.
