But according to me all betting apps are not wrong and fraud. Yes but this law must be introduced before 2015 when these apps are in very beginning stage. Now at the time of writing this article petitions from online gaming groups are filed in Karnataka High court regarding this bill strictness.

Fundamental rights was hampered according to online betting apps group file submitted in Karnataka highcourt. The parent company of online gaming platform A123, Head Digital Works, appealed to the Karnataka High Court challenging the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025.
