Here's how to show Gratitude :-
Find a perfect spot of your house where you love sitting, close your eyes and start thinking of all the things you are thankful for. It could be anything, giving thanks to the nature for wonderful morning or saying thank you to your lovely spouse for the perfect bed tea. Thanks to the sun for spreading light across and providing us energy or thanks to your boss for sending an appreciation mail last night for all of your hard work.
Show gratitude to all the people who surrounds you either its a newspaper vendor, milk vendor, bus driver or street cleaner. Or to the members of your family to whom we missed to say Thankyou for their little efforts on day to day basis.
Start your sentence “I am grateful for…” completing the phrase with as many as things or thoughts you can. You can also try to reframe the negative sentences into the positive ones by removing the negative words. Example : Instead of saying, I am facing too many troubles, say I am grateful for all the opportunities which are opening new doors for me everyday. You can add a little twist by visualizing your thoughts into your mind whilst expressing gratitude via your thoughts. That's all you need to do for five minutes everyday to full your with more confidence and energy.
