Hello everyone here are today's words I hope they help you. 

1.Debacle: defeat, fiasco, disintegration

Sentence:

Arjun accepted debacle after a tough match with the section A boys.

The whole debacle happened last week was forgotten and the ones who fought are closest friends now, how strange.

2. Maverick: an unorthodox or independent minded person

Sentence:

Sherlock holmes was a maverick detective, he was able to solve any difficult cases. 

Mu Qing was a maverick in the medical field he was able to take out the bullet out of the patient head. 

3. Revamp: to give new and improved form (renovate, redecorate)

Sentence:

The play done by senior high was the revamp of Ramayana which was played excellent.

Now a days revamping the dresses with sarees has become a different fashion which looks good too.

4.Parsimonious: Unwilling to spend money or use resource (mean, ungenerous)

Sentence: 

Uttu has been parsimonious and had collected money including each paisa. 

My roommate is parsimonious while giving her birthday treat.

5. Parochial: Having a liited or naroow outlook ( narroe-minded)

Sentence:

Grandparents compared to todays generation are compared to be parochial. 

In olden days,students used to get parochial knowlegde in parochial schools where guru's used to teach them vedas.

6. Didactic: intend to teach

etymology: didaskein- teach

Sentence:

Because our Professor didnt clearly explain the program i had to be didatic towards my friend and help them.

The purpose of didactic presentation was intended to teach us about architecture of memory.

7.Homespun: nostalgic, relating to old things or old memory.

Sentence: 

I felt homespun looking at the firecrackers and missed the festival which used to be lots of fun and food at home.

I felt homespun when I saw boondi laddu.

8.Palpitate: beat rapidly(throb), shake

etymology: Palpare- touch gently

Sentence: 

Just after running away from the goons I hid behind the pillar and panted while my heart started to palpitate.

When he came towards her, her heart started to palpitate and it could be heard by him.
