To all the lovely people out there I start this blog about fitness with a quote that “You did not wake up today to be mediocre” so raise your butts and start a healthy lifestyle. Fitness and health are strongly related to one another. For a person to lead a happy and healthy existence, both are required. We need to take care of a number of things throughout our lives if we want to stay healthy and active. There is no substitute for health and fitness; we must consume nutritious food on schedule, engage in regular physical activity, think positively, and demonstrate patience and commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
The benefits of regular physical activity on our bodies and minds are enormous. Our bodies produce a chemical called endorphins while we engage in physical activity, which makes us feel good, aids us in completing difficult tasks, makes us pleasant everywhere we go, and keeps us content all the time.
