Nowadays many people are troubled by these problems only because they are not consciously paying attention to the essential things related to drinking and unintentional water and they never know the reason for not getting any kind of disease in the body. Avoid drinking water immediately after eating them, because by drinking water, they are not fully digested in our stomach, due to which the chances of cold, cough, and stomach upset are increased significantly.

How should we not drink water?

Water should always be drunk slowly, just as tea coffee is drunk. Slowly watering the mouth keeps our body's pH level under control. And calms the stomach acid. Our digestion is good and fat is not stored in the stomach, on the other hand, if you come and drink water while standing up.
