     • plank jack(30 seconds⌚)

     • squat jack(30 seconds⌚)

 Do a 15-30 seconds plank everyday 

•DO THESE EXERCISE TWICE A DAY•

🔸Count:10 times✌️

✍️✨Upward exhalation 

🔸Count:10 times✌️

✍️✨Look upward and twist😗 and chew 
🔸Count: twist and a chew is a one count. 🔸On a total 10 counts 🔸

✍️✨Wide open you're mouth looking upward and count a number of 10 on mind (3sets)
