Past 

Pathetic, ugly, disgusting

Just a few things people say. Everyone wants you to be strong. We should ignore them?

But they have no idea how hard it is. Do they?

Your self-esteem just drops lower and lower. It just drops with every insult every word. Soon it has damaged me so much. That reminds you when you look yourself in the mirror standing there pathetically. All you can think is of those stupid comments whether in a mockery way or hateful way. Each day comes with new hope but for me each day makes me believe in their comments

Your confidence is replaced by your insecurity. Insecurities about who are you and what you do. You start to insult yourself for everything. You start to blame yourself for everything. And soon enough you become your worst enemy

Still, your tormentors are relentless

Not noticing not caring about how broken you are how damaged you are. How shattered you are into millions of tiny pieces which you think can never be placed back again. We can't always be put together again pieces by pieces of us get lost never to be seen again

Some parts are too damaged and crushed to become one again. We try to forgive and forget. But all those memories again start replaying in your head ready to haunt us again. As how hard can we try to put back ourselves but we know it is not possible.

Now those experiences remain etched in our heads. They have become a part of us. The part we can not ever get rid of. The part we cannot erase because of what happened in the past can never be changed and so our decisions led us to the regret we are facing now. But can not do anything cause now they are a part of ourselves. If it is destroyed we will also be destroyed

So yeah past plays a very important role in one's life it is what made us who we are today cannot do anything but regrets it. And these regrets will never be easy if we will be in past holding t up. So we should try to loose a little as it is now our part and we have to carry bu we should not make much egrets for our up coming life
