The three things people lack which is of more a than million-dollar value is 

  1. Discipline
  2. Consistency
  3. Commitment

Discipline: 

Highly successful people are disciplined they have a daily routine that they follow about their goals no matter what happens. They maintain a schedule to follow and gives no excuses 

Consistency:

Highly successful people are consistent they never procrastinate they do the right thing at the right time without wasting time they always have a plan and stick to it.

Commitment:

Highly successful people are committed to their goals and never divert to a different path. They do that with utmost sincerity and focus.

All the above traits can be developed very easily but, it needs efforts and patience it is easy yet tough.

HOW TO DEVELOP DISCIPLINE

developing discipline is something comes with practice. like people say start small works here.

always start small if you want to do something big. It is like starting small and enjoying the small changes gives big results. If you start with big tasks it may lead become burdensome and u leave the task at very beginning so it is always advised to start small.

The minor tasks you do make big results

HOW TO BE CONSISTENT

In-order to be consistent you should have a definite goal in your mind and answer to your goal must be clear like why I need this? once you are cleared on what you want and when it mix up with emotion and start doing minor tasks it will be a cake walk to be consistent.

ENVIRONMENT IMPACT ON BRAIN

Always surrounded with positive people. People around you will create a major impact on you major anxieties, problems, tensions in your life are majorly because of people around you creating toxicity in your life. Choose your people wisely to avoid negative impacts on your mental health no success should cost your mental health.

HAVING A DAILY MORNING ROUTINE

Now I will share with you the daily routine of successful people it goes like this with an acronym called “SAVERS”.

silencing their brain: they relax their with meditation, some breathe exercise or some exercises of mindfulness

Affirmations: They create powerful affirmations and write them daily.

note: The affirmations are in present tense

visualization : They visualize things clearly in their brain about futuristic goals and projects

Exercise: They exercise daily or 4 to 5 days in a week to keep their physical health in a good condition because without health it is impossible to be active.

Reading : They read daily for sometime. “leaders are readers”.

Scribbing : They scrib or write their thoughts and its a good creative exercise
