Hello candlemonk family I am here with a new blog and a new topic to discuss with you people           And my topic for todays blog is small habits that leads to huge difference in our lifestyle many people will definitely agree with me about this.

1.Stop thinking what others think about you : I think we have stopped thinking about how we want to live our life or what thinks we need to do in our day to day life, we have started to think only what others might think and like about us, so first of all I would like to tell you guys to stop thinking in this way which is the most important habit that we should develop.

2.Early morning phone use : you should stop, yes after getting up we fist check our phone which is the very habit that we people have developed, don’t use your phone for 2 hours after getting up In morning. After a good sleep when we use phone immediately we provide lot of information to our brain which is not good. We should try to keep our brain and mind relaxed atleast for 2 hours early morning. This will definitely help to keep your mind fresh for rest of the day.

3.Yoga in morning : now many people think that yoga is a very slow and boring type of exercise but I would like to tell you that this will not only help your body but also your mind. Half hour or 1 hour of yoga in the morning will make your morning productive, even I have been doing yoga in morning for last 2 months and have already got results. My mind in morning feels relaxed and stable, my body feels great you should also try this.

4.10:3:2:1 rule : I will explain this rule for those who don’t know this rule says,

10 hours before sleep you should not drink coffee which will definitely improve your sleep

3 hours before sleep you should have your food and don’t eat anything after that our digestive system needs time to work and due to which when you eat and sleep immediately it will affect your health and sleep

2 hours before your sleep you should stop working don’t do any stress full work

1 hour before sleep don’t use any electronic things like mobile, TV  and all you can read instead you can relax your mind with some sort of story books

I hope you people will try this out and you will definitely get good results
