Hey all, welcome again. This is the second part of our Sukrit and Rehanika's love story but before continue reading I would like you to first read the first part in my profile. Okay! without boring you all much, let's jump into the story.

For over a week things went like that, until when Rehanika after seeing the hard-work of Sukrit realises his passion and love for the game. She started showing interest in Sukrit but never let him know about this, just not to distract him from the game.

One fine morning when everyone was practicing just like the usual days, Rehanika got herself hurt. Her ankle got twisting while practicing the half-court shot. Everyone was running towards her. “ You already know your ankle is weak. Why don't you take care of it?” said Preeti. “What… What happened? Show me” said Sukrit. “ Oh god, it's got swell up. Someone get me the pain spray. Fast!" in a restlessness manner. Rehanika while seeing him caring about her fell for him even more. She didn't understand what she was feeling.

“Ouch! It hurts.” “I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to. Don't worry. It will all be fine.” said Sukrit while looking into her eyes. “Okay, try to get up now” said Sukrit. Rehanika while trying to get up, fell again but this time Sukrit grabbed her and lift her in his arms and took her to her home.

“Thank you”. “No need of that. It's all my pleasure. Umm.. Can I ask something?” said Sukrit. “Yeah sure." “Do you live alone? Like, don't get me wrong. I mean do you live with your parents or alone." said Sukrit in a very hesitating yet curious way. “Yay! you can come in” said Rehanika while blushing.

They had a cup of coffee while having a chit-chat. Sukrit invited Rehanika for a dance. They danced and talked all night long and feel themselves attracted towards each-other. While this time, Sukrit confessed her what he felt about her and how important she was for him. The other side, Rehanika also admitted the way she has a soft corner for Sukrit in her heart.

They were doing fine all along. Hanging out together, going for long bike rides, spending nights on the terrace lying down while watching stars and telling how they feel about each other. They were having their moments until when they started talking about their dreams and life. Rehanika wanted to pursue her dreams of being an ace level national basketball player while Sukrit being Sukrit, a playful and unambitious guy having no dreams of doing what in life said that all he wanted is to marry her and take her to his home.

Next day, Sukrit, Preeti and Sukrit's friend Nakul arranged a small birthday surprise for Rehanika at her home. While celebrating her birthday, Sukrit proposed Rehanika and asked her for marriage.

What happened next? Will Rehanika accept his proposal?

To know more, stay tuned for next part.^_^
