Everyone sees this, but most people forget. There are only a few who work hard to make their dreams come true. Maulvi Abdul Haq is also one of those who made his dreams come true with his own hands. The basic objective of his organization Anjuman-e-Tariqi was to translate good books and build a large library. From the very beginning, he remained adamant in his efforts to make this dream come true. His aim was to get good educational and historical books translated. This is the reason that till 1912 he got the translations of Philosophy, Education, Rahe Hind, Napoleon-e-Azam, Aamire Hind and Tithi Kamdan done by the most learned and eminent people of his time.

Maulvi Abdul was the only one who first demanded Urdu to be made the national language of Pakistan and after his demand Urdu got its place. He was called Baba-e-Urdu (Father of Urdu). He was born in 1870 in Hapur (today's Uttar Pradesh) of undivided India. He did a lot of work on the development of Urdu at Osmania University in Hyderabad. After partition he came to Pakistan.

During the last 100 years, many good and quality books have been translated by the institution. In the beginning of 2020, some work stopped due to Corona, but despite the efforts of the organization, creamy tongue and research magazines continued to be published. The scientific and research journal 'Urdu' started by Abdul Haq has recently completed 100 years. Completing 100 years of a science magazine is a very special thing in itself. To celebrate 100 years of Urdu magazine, its centenary was also celebrated and Maulvi Abdul Haq Conference was organized. The conference was inaugurated by the special guest, Karachi Administrator Barrister Murtaza Wahab.

When Anjuman's office was shifted to Hyderabad, Maulvi Sahib had taken some rare manuscripts along with selected antiquities. After that, the Qutubkhana or library of Anjuman, which is today, is the result of the hard work of Maulvi Saheb. There are many such books of Anjuman which have absorbed the culture, admiration and tongues of centuries. Among them, the book 'Kuliyat Quli Qutbshah' compiled by Maulvi Sahab is the most special, in which the adab from the 16th century to the 19th century has been compiled.

Professor Shadab, editor of the magazine 'Urdu', says that the standard of this magazine has been very high since its inception and it was the job of the whole organization to maintain this level, but Maulvi Sahib single-handedly executed it. They say that today such high quality magazines, especially in Urdu language, are rarely seen. According to Akademi Sahitya President Dr. Mohammad Yusuf Khushk, today we have to find such people who have knowledge about computer and IT along with literature. In the coming times only those languages ​​will survive which will be associated with machine translation. He also said that even in the world, clerics give more importance to the language which is related to the economy. Many experts believe that by the time 2100 is over, more than 3000 languages ​​will be extinct.

The time when Maulvi Abdul Haq worked for Urdu cannot be forgotten. Many organizations are working for the promotion and development of Urdu in Pakistan, but the matter of Maulvi Saheb's institution is different.
