Hello Everyone,
Welcome back to my blog 2 i.e second part of my covid story. I am overwhelmed with reviews from my part one blog. I am fine now having some cough i.e because of the weather change. So, in the last blog, I shared how I developed covid, what symptoms I faced and how I got confirmation. As I shared with you the moment I got to know about my grandfather's covid report from the same day my family started with medications i.e vitamins, antibiotics. On the 4th day, for me, it was basic mild symptoms like headache, weakness, and sore throat but my mother lost her smell. At every moment we got our covid test and next day it comes out positive. Luckily our CT score was more than 24 which is somewhat relief for us but still being covid positive in the middle of the deadly pandemic was a most difficult time for us. I was mentally not prepared for all of this like I was there with my grandfather during his last days and suddenly their non-existence somewhere I was not able to process all of this but same time it was advisable to look more of positive things, keeping yourself busy but all I can feel was helpless. This disease will affect you in all ways not letting you with your loved ones during all recovery days which reflects on mental health which results in no sleep. Yes, by no sleep I can say I am the person who sleeps a lot before covid but since I am not able to sleep with peace. Literally, I was awake the whole night disturbing my friends sometimes and sometimes trying to sleep. I just cannot explain what state was in. But I have faith in god. Whenever I feel this is not tolerable I just start bhajans to relieve all my stress. And it actually works. I stopped using social media since all of those days there was all negativity and it works. I do eat fruits rich in vitamins, the normal diet which I can digest properly like Dalia, khichdi, drink plenty of water, kadha two times a day and steam three times at least. Kept a record of my spO2 and fever. Also, oral hygiene is also important. Must say if someone follows all the guidelines and take all precautions you will be definitely ready to beat this virus. Keep your mind positive, have faith in good, eat healthily and stay hydrated.
Thank You
