Are You Conscious Of Your Thoughts?

Hey everyone, Here's a challenge for you all. You should not think about anything negatively throughout your entire day. Just observe how you feel at the end of the day. Strictly no what ifs and buts. As humans, we know we get contradicting thoughts for example, if you think positively the next minute you may think of what if it doesn't happen? No, Strictly say no to yourself for any thoughts that make you uncomfortable. I agree it's not an easy process but it can be done with practice and patience. All you have to do is just observe your thoughts, and ask yourself is this thought aligned with my goals? is it contributing to my wellness? or is it triggering me negatively? Just observe it.

Replace negative thoughts with positive ones. Just flip it to positive thoughts, there is no other way. One positive thought can create a big impact on people. We cannot run away from our thoughts, all we can do is just shift them into positive ones. Try this challenge for a day and I am sure you all will feel good at the end of the day.

You can use “I will”, “I can”, "I will get that job definitely", “I can complete this”, “I will complete this work”, and"I will learn new skills and I can implement them"

I believe Positive thoughts and aligned action together bring positive outcomes and overall success. It's not a one-day challenge, think of it as a lifestyle approach. Just like maintaining a healthy diet, and body workouts for the betterment of physical health, we all should follow positive favorable thoughts to maintain our mental health.

Some tips to handle negative thoughts:

1. Reframe that negative thought into your favorable positive thought.

2. Box breathing helps to overcome unwanted negative thoughts.

3. Yoga and meditation help us to relax, and to focus on our goal, by removing unwanted unfavorable thoughts from our minds.

4. Whenever we feel overwhelmed with thoughts, 5 minutes of meditation helps to get rid of overthinking. 

5. Be mindful of your breathing practice.

6. Watch out for your triggers in your environment. Write it down if possible. Avoid it when you encounter the same trigger next time.

7. Remember to keep your energy levels high for the day. Ground yourself whenever needed.

Thoughts are so powerful. It shapes our entire life experiences. We should be mindful of our thoughts. Your positive thoughts make you a better person. Remember your positive thoughts and approach to life will inspire a lot of people to be positive, and to navigate life.
