How To Get Clear Skin✨

Getting clear skin is not easy task to achieve. it is a very hard thing to do, But it's not impossible. Its possible if you follow basic three steps daily. I am writing this blog from my own analysis by day-to-day routine schedule followed by me!

Okay step-1: step 1 is a very important and must to do! you should wash your face twice a day. morning after woke up or after working out and in the night before going to sleep. you can ask me why? i will tell you. not washing your face will lead to premature aging, dryness, breakouts, even infections. So, cleansing your face daily morning and night is very important. A lot of people say wash your face once if you have dry skin type but it's not good. wash your face twice a day even if you have dry or oily face by using a gentle face wash. But if you have a sensitive skin just wash your face only with cold water in the morning and in night use some gentle face wash gel. One more important thing if you wear make-up you have to remove it with makeup remover before washing your face and always use a water based cleanser!

Now Step-2: A lot people follow a long list of skin care routine but i only do few steps. After cleansing your face you must apply a Moisturizer. moisturizing your skin is very important. It helps your skin to be hydrated. Continuously using of a good moisturizer will help to stop lot of skin problems. Go find a good moisturizer for your skin now!

Last One Step-3: Apply sunscreen in the daytime! You should apply sunscreen to protect your skin from uv-rays. But don't use sunscreen in the night time. Application of sunscreen in night time may cause your skin to clog the pores and leads to skin irritation for few people. So, Don't! 

That's it yay! And i use face packs in weekly basis too. I apply mix of rice floor-2 table spoon and curd- take as much to make a paste consistence and add tomato juice. with these three incredient make a face pack, apply it on face for 15 to 20 mins. This face pack helps to remove pigmentation. For acne you have to reduce sugar intake day by day. you will see changes in few weeks if you follow this skin care routine.

These steps are not that hard to follow. Try it !
