So hey guys this is Payal Agrawal and today I'm going to say about fitness.
So i think fitness this is the term which knows everyone especially in this coivd pandemic. ‘Fitness means a person should be physically, mentally, socially , and emotionally fit then this person called as fit person ’.
In this world everyone wants to be a fit person and also work hard to gain fitness but with these people there are also some people exist who want to be a fit but don't want to do anything like exercise, yoga, meditation, proper sleep even they don't take proper diet. Everyone needs to improve their immunity just not because of only covid crisis demands but for good and healthy life.
Today's youth ' the future of our country ' half of them remain busy in their mobile phone and doing useless things they are wasting their time instead of focusing on their goals and becoming lazy day by day as they don't help in home moreover if anyone asked for doing something they just simply ignored and deny even some don't do their own work by themselves and ruined their health by own hands . “And the fact is 50 % of India's population contributes to youth”.
Human beings are developing and enhancing technology more n more for ease in works but people who use this wisely and judiciously they are taking advantage and making themselves more n more better but it has negative impacts on younger generation on those who doesn't achieve proper guidance and misleading from thier goals . Nowadays people became so lazy that they forgot to try anything they just want everything ready made due to this their brain development affect, creativity reduces and also affect health mentally, physically, socially.
" the healthy brain lives in the healthy body " this line everyones knows then why do people ignore this ? Just because everyones wants output without any work done and this is impossible.
This body in which our soul lives means we should be taken care of this is not our private property this is just god gave you to live in you haven't any right to ruin it like this .
God gives to all a healthy and fit body this is becoming fatty obese or destroying because of own deeds u can't blame to anyone , only ourselves is responsible for this.
We should inculcate daily excercising habits proper intake of protein,vitamins, and minerals and proper diet heathy food , habit of doing our work by own , helping nature , good behaviour in ourselves then these habits would be turned you as a physically mentally emotionally and socially fit person and immunity will also be stronger than before and this will help in staying away from diseases and curing diseases due to all this you will live peacefully and happily ever after . Everything will be done smoothly .
When everyone take care of their health with good behaviour for each other then there will be a positivity everywhere.
