Hello friends today I am going to share benifits of yoga with all of you friends .As we all know that yoga is very traditional way to be fit and healthy but with our busy way of work we all not knowing what yoga is and how it is useful for our health.

Let us start 

Yoga is a form of exercise that originated in ancient India. Many people have practiced it for thousands of years.the act of yoga consists of many poses known as asana that have different physical benifits. It is said that if a person practices yoga he or she will become healthier.Therefore ,many countries have adopted yoga as a form of exercise.

Benifits of yoga:

Yoga has not one but many benifits some of them are :

Yoga helps in keeping our mental and physical health intact 

It keeps away most of the eliments from our body and mind 

By practicing yoga we can also sharpen our brain and improve our intelligence 

It helps us to connect with nature 

Yoga allows clearing our mind and reaching a more peaceful life approach

Yoga helps in achieving inner peace and fighting against stress and other problems

It helps in improving flexibility of muscles 

It makes a better digestive system 

Yoga helps in weight reduction

It also helps in skin glow 

It improves blood circulation 

Yoga practice have frequently been corrolated with stronger immune system 

It also reduces the many side effects of heavy medicines taken my patients daily

Yoga also helps us to develop self discipline and self awareness if practiced regularly 

Yoga reduces stress, various fears and mental disorders 

It also enchances concentration 

Yoga  helps with back pain relief 

Yoga relaxes you to sleep better 

It helps in lowering blood sugar 

It also helps to improve posture

Yoga keep diseases at bay 

Yoga helps you to fight with depression

It also reduce chronic pain 

It transform your body to be healthy 

It also helps to improve your energy and vitality

It helps from injury

Yoga  helps your heart health 

Yoga helps Better breathing

It also helps in reducing anxiety

It improves athletic performance

And there are lot of benifits of yoga friends hope this information was helpful to all of you.
