We are very well aware of the statement that “India is a developing country”. More than 70 years of independence, and still we are developing. Why?? 

I know that becoming a full fledged developed country doesn't happen in a day but there are many reasons by which the development is not taking place rapidly. 

One of the biggest reason of why india is still a developing country and not a developed one is that we are not encouraging women in this field. We are not encouraging women to work and find opportunities for them instead we are discouraging them by saying that they should not work they should be at home all the time. What the hell is this?? 

More than 48% of our population is feminine and if we will think like this we are saying that all men should work. The process of development can be done on a larger extent if we will include women also in this field. We can work becoming one. 

As per the survey in 2011, in USA which is a developed country the organisational support of the women was 74% and of the men was 26% ; in India the organisational support of women was 4% and of men was 96%. Only 4%. By this survey, we can understand that USA has seen both men and women as one. On the other hand, in India there's still inequality. I don't know why but in this generation also it's happening in small towns and villages. Sometimes this inequality is seen in big cities as well.

I'm not talking about people who don't have anything like discrimination or inequality in their mind. They have a such a great mindset, even I salute them. I'm saying in this generation also why is it happening. We need to see everyone as one life. What's there in a men that women can't do and what's there in a women that men can't do. It's just a difference of one or two organs. In our ancient scriptures also it is written as masculine and feminine both's potential have their own significance.

When we will change our thinking then only our development will take place very rapidly. This should be our mission for sure. 

I'm posting this blog to contribute towards the development of India and to help our country to become a full fledged developed country and I'm very sure that one day it will happen. I hope that by this message people will realise how important is it..
