Hi friends,

Everyone are commonly worried about ongoing war tussle between two countries. I dont want mention or speak about has we all are aware about that. We are just hoping it ends soon and let them solve by arranging a meeting and dont want them to drag anymore. Already world is facing many problems which are man made damages in the process of development like climate change, pollution, virus like covid, floods, valcono eruption etc.

I was thinking about what we are going to write, my mind automatically started thinking about war which is the only hot topic now a days and second is covid surge in china. For these two we dont have a solution only god knows the time and tge ways to end it anyhow.

While browsing I saw a very good article about Doves. Why doves are always considered to be a symbol of peace from olden days. Doves are being considered as symbol of peace by Egypt people. They domesticated doves and these doves always build their nest near households and they are very loyal in nature.

Not only love, and peace Doves are connected to theGod as well. In Greek mythology , Doves seemsto be flying around the Aphrodite goddess. And also daughter of Aphrodite goddess said to be incarnated as Dove in Earth.

Dove is also related to Hindu god Kamadevan whose ride is a Dove. According to christian god, dove is mentioned as symbol of love and purity in Holy Bible.

Let me come to the main part where Dove is considered as symbol of peace. At medieval times there was a war between two kingdoms. During that time one king was getting ready for the war, when he was about to wear the armor helmet he saw Dove had a nest in it, by seeing that mother of the king advised him to go on without the armor helmet, she dont want him to destroy the doves nest as it is a symbol of love and purity.

When we went to the battle field the other king questioned about the armor and the king narrated the reason behind it. After knowing the reason , other king came to know about the love and kindness of the King and gave up the war between them. From then Dove is considered to be a symbol of love , peace and purity.

Another information, Doves are vegetarian in nature. I hope this info seems to be new for many as this is new info I have learnt today. Have a nice day.see you in other blog.

According to Hindu Mythology, the god of love Kamadeva is said to have a ride of a dove. This is also one of the reasons that doves are associated with symbols of love. And since love is pure emotion and brings peace the birds also symbolize peace. Doves are often associated with the concept of peace and pacifism. They often appear in political cartoons, on banners and signs at events promoting peace (such as the Olympic Games, at various anti-war/anti-violence protests, etc.), and in pacifist literature. Christian Iconography, a dove also symbolizes the Holy Spirit, in reference to Matthew 3:16 and Luke 3:22 where the Holy Spirit is compared to a dove at the Baptism of Jesus.
