Food hygiene does every restaurant take this seriously. Seeing and hearing the news frequently doesn't seem to be that way. To earn money restaurants nowadays never even care about the health of the people. It's very sad to hear about the death of students in Kerala and Tamilnadu because of food poisoning. A non-vegetarian lover who went to eat Shawarma in Kerala just lost her life because of food poisoning. Single Shawarma has 323 calories in it. It's not guaranteed that they serve fresh meat in it. They just freeze the leftover chicken and use it on other days. They just want money out of it and they never care about people's health.
12th student in Tamilnadu who went to have a Tandoori in the hotel. After returning home he had a serious stomach, vomit, fever and diarrhoea. when they went to admit him to a private hospital. He was declared dead on the way to the hospital. It's an unimaginable loss for the parents. Who will be the account of his death?
Can you understand the situation nowadays? Why many are dying because of food poisoning nowadays? All the hype has been created by the food reviewers on youtube. During the corona period, these YouTubers had created many channels for food reviewing and giving fake reviews and started changing the mentality of the people. Many started eating outside food frequently and getting addicted to that. Now it's becoming a habit for many to eat outside food daily. And some of them are single and don't have any other option.
Food Safety and standard authority of India should take severe action against the restaurants that are adulterating and using the ingredients that are not qualified to be hygienic and healthy. And now many raids are being done on the restaurants and I am not sure whether this gonna solve the issue or it's going to be continued. till then I just want you people to be sure before having food outside in restaurants. just think twice before you go. I am not scaring you and I am just saying the prevailing situation nowadays.
Always have homemade food, and stop following diet plans without proper consultation with the doctor. Good and nutritious food is the best medicine for health. Eat healthily and live happily.
