Mental health is defines as an individuals mental ability, wellness, thinking and behavior.
See, my motive to share few words in mental health is to connect to those people who are tierd mentally or this pandemic hit them hard.
A person's health is largely depends upon it's mental health because this brain allow us to do things we want. If our mind isn't working properly ( alot of things on mind)so how can we expect positive reaction from ourselves, we always act like an irritated person. Most of the people take therapies and counseling because they know how much a good mental health is important.
Mental health is directly related to our physical health. Everything is here in our mind as I said what we think is what we do.
Poor mental health leads to a unattractive personality and behaviour of a person. Increase in anger, sadness and even a person can go to depression.
So, if we are mentally tierd or facing issues, it will directly affect our physical activities and physical health.
Continuous over thinking can cause headache, confused mind results in anger, irritated behaviour.
If you are mentally good or positive you will see opportunities instead of obstacles, solution over problems and it gives us strength to be patience in every situation.
Example, whenever we have a operation or surgery and suffering from any kind of disease the doctor always remember us to be mentally strong.
Good mental health gives a courage to a person to fight any problems in life and makes a person physically strong.
According to me a good mental health is a position or state where a person is fully able to accept his/her reality of life. Understand the situation and looking forward to solve the situation with a positive way.
Accept the reality whatever is happening try to find solutions in a positive manner. Enjoy the life, stressing life only make it more worse. Start talking to yourself a bit more, prioritize yourself, happiness is nothing when we are mentally strong. I will recommend talk to loved ones (includes family friends, person who inspire you), start finding happiness in small things. Surround yourself with the people who supports you and uplift you for your betterment in life.
At last, takecare of yourself because you are precious for your loved ones.
