This movie starred by Ram Charan, N.T. Rama Jr (Jr. NTR) and others. And directed by the BAHUBALI famous S.S. Rajamouli. This movie plays in the period of India under the British rule.
Ram Charan as Alluri sitarama raju, who referred as fire and Raman(Mahabharat). His introduction scene was simple and his dedication for this film elevated the scene. Ram Charan begins with the negative shade as police officer under UK government. And his torturing scenes are very intense and because of that I think the children may fear that.
Jr. NTR as Komaram Bheem, who referred as water and Bheema (Mahabharat). His intro scenes are way high with the building up dialogues more than Ram Charan.
The Clash:
In every scene, both are contact with their elements(Fire & Water respectively) or swap with the other. Even though Jr. NTR has the mostly scenes with his great dialogues, Ram Charan wins our (or mine) attention by his silent performance. He scores with his bold and raged performance along with his element fire. The fight between the two are really great and which made a great applause all over the theatre.
The camera works are awesome all over the film and It really elevated the film to the next level. The film fully filled with both of their character. The camera work is the major plus point to the film. And VFX in the movie really great and in some scenes those are irrelevant and took us away from reality.
Ajay Devgn character is only for a short period. But his character is a key role to this film which explains the Ram's back story.
And other characters like Alia, Shreya & Samuthra Kani roles are having very low screen space.
Drops:
The main two characters are given importance all over the film which causes some little tired to the audience(not in their states of course). It also makes other characters forgettable. Even the Villain character is also not that much hateful. All the Men in British are bad ones and all the women are good ones except one.
when NTR was beaten by Whip, the one with spikes not really showed the respective effect on his skin. Even it is ok, then the blood coming from his body is too much and showed as continuously two times in a row. It reminded me a Vivek joke says “boss! manusan odambula 6 liter ratham than boss irukum”( Boss! the human body consist 6 liters blood only). And his Motor bike throwing scenes also can be skipped cause, he mentioned as Bheem.
Their combo scenes in the 2nd half while Ram charan rescued, those scenes are far from the reality and it made me irritated( that fight as one climbed on the other). And Ram fight as dressed as Raman from Mahabharat. which some says shows his political stand or his god belief.
Final: 6/10
Even though some blood sheds are shown in the film, It is visually treating. Do watch the film in theatres. Before watching the film, please surrender your common sense in the vehicle parking.
