How I Entered Into Handwriting Competition.

My handwriting is not that good and I don't mind . Thank God this platform is not demanding good handwriting before publishing any blog. Otherwise I may never had opportunity to write here.

I was in forth class. Till this date I can happily say that forth standard year was best year of my entire school life. We were only 40 people in one class and each and everyone had good friendship with each other. This year I had biggest best school friends group ever of 8 people. We really had great bond with each other including my best friend from 1st standard. That year was magical.

In most of the schools, after diwali vacation, student's competition begins. Let it be sports or performing arts or everyone's favorite annual function day. I use to look forward to have great fun during this competition phase of the year. Teachers use to be really nice with students, students who are participating in competition are sometimes excluded from routine schooling and I think due to this freedom  everyone loves this phase.

So this years handwriting composition was around the corner. My best friend had great handwriting so one entry was fix candidate for this competition. Each class was suppose to give name of five students. We were guessing who remaining four will be.

One day our class teacher told that she will be selecting students for competition right now so  everyone just put your notebook on their desks and she started checking each and every once notebooks. I knew my handwriting is not great. But I wanted to go for competition badly since I was in first standard. This was surprise situation. And I had a plan.

I put my maths notebook on desk. You know at fourth standard we don't have to write text as such in maths problem. Everything is number game in primary school. When teacher checked my notebook she couldn't find any reason to reject me to take part in handwriting composition and she said you are going to competition. I was so happy.

One of my friend found out this fraud immediate and complained to teacher that it's a maths book but she was not in a mood to hear anyone. Eventually I wasn't able to able to win any price but I was happy for just participation. I call it as one of the major fraud I did in school.
