This is my first blog ever. Before 2 to 3 months ago. My age is 17 year now, I am suffering from obesity. My status of body was ----
• BMI – 25.4 (body mass index)
• BFC – 23 (body fat composition)
• weight – 74 kg /163.4 lbs
• height- 5 ft. 6inches/ 169 cm
MY CURRENT STATUS OF BODY IS---
• BMI – 22.3
• BFC – 16.8
• WEIGHT – 63kg /138 lbs
• HEIGHT- 5 ft. 7 inches

The steps that I follow are written below
● Exercise
● Diet
# EXERCISE :
Exercise play 20% role in weight loss and remaining 80% depend on diet or type of diet. But this 20% is more important because it decide the shape of your body.
This schedule for exercise must be of 5-6 days a week , you can start this from 4 days a week to this . I suggest you to schedule it for 3 days then a break for 1 day then again for 3days. And with exercise we should focus on running at least of 1km of walking or running and rod jump
In exercise we should focus on three main categories:
•Stretching
•Cardio
•strength
•About all these categories I will write a dedicate or separate blog
# Diet :
It play 80% role in weight loss. But for most of the people diet mean starvation , but they have false knowledge about it. Diet will loss your fat but exercise shape your body.
If you follow diet but not doing proper exercise the your weight will definitely loss but your body not look in proper shape.
Reduction or cut off in calories is the first step in proper diet. Cut off is calories not mean starvation , you should divide your meal in small portion meals in 5-6 time, it actually reduce the condition of starvation.
Now we understand calories cut off or meal dividing . If intake 2500 calories in 3 time means 800 calories approx. per time then now you should consume 2200 calories in 5 times means 450 calories per time.
before focus on the cut off of calories we should focus on type of calories like at the place of fat calories we should intake protein or other calories.
In diet we add more vegetable specially cucumber, tomato , onion etc. Drink plenty of water approx. 3-4 liter.
