Hello, all the beautiful people out there what does glow up mean??

Glow up has a deep inner sense of meaning, it doesn't just include external beauty it has a lot more to do, your mind, thoughts, your behaviour, love, passion, career  what not glow up includes everything

These days its been a fashion to do some pretty makeup and wear clothes and transforming physically and externally and calls it to glow up

I don't feel it, there must be peace from within, harmony in mind and body focus on goals, leaving all that bad stuff, finally finding your true self is the real glow up.

Glow up shouldn't occur as if your ex rejects or if someone does not accept your true self, it always must come from your inner self because the glow up which doesn't come from your true self doesn't last for long.

sadly I realised much later, I did start my glow up journey not realizing the force or motto which made me start is external and not from my true self and guess what happened it did not last long, I returned to my original life.

glow up mean glow from within so I realised to start my journey Again with lots of positive intentions, lots of blooming flowers, pampering myself, loving myself more than I could imagine, prioritizing goals, valuing people, and lastly with lots of positivity.

positivity - A beautiful word that could change your life, understand the deeper meaning of your life feels the positivity in your life even with many disturbances in life, I realised my glow up started when I started to think positive.

With all this saying I do not mean changing physically is not part of a glow up, it is definitely a part of a glow up and it is the most challenging part for me, I failed many times even you will but remember you are what you think, again to mention if your intention is strong you will bloom from within. I am writing this with so much emotional connection to many women who are like me trying to see that glow up in their lives, I assure you guys u are strong, very strong, mentally and physically

 NEVER BLAME YOURSELF, I know it hurts sometimes, it's painful, 

Remember its always worth it, I want you to be powerful
