Tackle Your Insecurity , Gain Confidence

SO , what does insecurity mean basically - insecurity can be anything that detoriates your confidence and doesn't allow you to be confident in front of others

Now I'm gonna talk about my insecurity I used to have and many of the women are facing that is weight 

I want everyone to remember these points before we move further

1.YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL THE WAY YOU ARE

2.EVERYONE IS BUSY WITH THEIR LIVES LIKE YOU 

3.ACCEPT YOURSELF

4.NEVER EVER HATE YOUR BODY

Ok now let's talk about the insecurity that 45% of women are facing THE WEIGHT 

If you are like me thinking that ohh I'm fat , I may not look good , I may not be liked by them etc……

You have two ways to tackle this 

  1. Accept yourself , love yourself,

      don't care about what others think           and move on loving yourself

I tried many times accepting, letting go off everything and that didn't work for me.  It's hard becoz I'm that type who certainly will care about what others think and very much self conscious when people are around .

I love those kind of people who actually donot care at all about how they look , they believe only on their heart they know who really they are from inside

If you are like me the second option to tackle  weight insecurity is 

2. Work hard until you achieve your dream body

Focus on your eating habits, exercise well , believe me once your done with the process you will never regret the hardwork you did , tons of confidence will be on your back but I takes a lot of time, patience , dedication,  hard work

Lastly, one thing again you will fail many times in the process you may binge , you may feel tired , you will feel like will be able ever  to achieve it , these are things even I thought and did in my journey 

Believe in yourself… 

Tips for weightloss for beginners , your weightloss depends 25% on your exercise and 75% on what and when you eat

1.eat clean

2.3lit of water everyday

3.exercise daily

4.sleep well

5. Be active throughout the day

6.Do intermittent fasting , hepled me a lot

.Remember no one is gonna push you to do , you must push yourself 

.sometimes you may not feel like doing exercise , but getting out of bed at that time really defines your dedication

.donot expect results fast like in one week or two weeks , just recollect once how many years it took for you to gain that weight , so losing weight also takes time 

.This is the first time im blogging I know it's not that great,  thought to share many things but didn't expect it would turn this way
