As everyone knows we can not live without water and food. They are the most essential part of life. They provide us nutrients which helps us to stay healthy. A good food makes you happy and gives you more energy to so a work more smartly and with good attention. They are the source of our life. Food is a part of our celebrations, parties.
But nowadays food style is changing. The new generation is attracted towards Oily, Spicy and Fried food like burger, pizza, paobhaji etc. This is a great risk to our lives. As this type of food comes with different diseases like cholesterol, blood pressure, sugar and extra fat on our body. This is like playing with their life and handing over them to diseases.
This should not go so far that we forget about a healthy diet. A healthy diet makes a person fit and smarter. So we should encourage our new generations to take a healthy diet as it will help them in future with a good health. We should encourage them to eat fruits, green vegetables, milk and milk products etc. We should also show them the world out of mobile phones, computers, t.v. etc. They should play outdoor games to stay fit. They should wake up on time and see the beautiful morning. They should eat on a fixed time and should do activities to digest them. They should eat atleast 3 times a day. They should avoid eating chips, namkeen, Kurkure etc. They should eat home made things. They should follow a proper diet plan also like for the breakfast they should eat Eggs, coffee, oatmeal, chia seeds etc. They should eat heavy breakfast and light dinner as after breakfast, there are activities to do that makes that food digest but after dinner, they need to sleep. So our digestion is affected. So they should follow this. They should avoid late nightouts, parties etc. They should follow a proper daily schedule. They should not miss fun but fun should be with good attention and carefully.
