Hello everyone this is Harish , I am from Hyderabad and i am currently doing job and i am a big fitness freak :). So i just want to share some fitness tips which can make your healthy life better.
Fitness ? what is Fitness ? How can we be fit ? There will be a lot of questions to lot a people regarding this topic.
In my opinion Fitness is all about taking care of our own body. So there are lot of benefits which we can get by being fit . I will share the benefits at last but let me share you what are the forms to be fit.
The first thing is basic stretching's which makes our body flexible and pumps blood through out the body which increases the oxygen flow also. So by doing the basic stretching's and small workouts
The second form of being fit is Gym. Everyone at one point thinks that he has to go to gym and he goes for a month or 2 months but after that he leaves it , only some people can workout daily. That happens because people are not getting proper knowledge about the Fitness. Many people think that gym is for body building its not for people like us, but it's not like that gym is for everyone. So by going to gym you will be lifting some weights and you are going to be fit ? No way to get a proper fitness the % of workout is just 30% and the remaining 70% is the food you eat. Diet plays a crucial role in staying fit. By taking the proper diet and doing some proper workout you body will starting getting strength and internally it will be developing a great immune system. If you are having a great immune system then you don't have to worry about any viruses, and you will be very healthy and you will have a good physique too.
I am doing workout from past 3 years from my personal experience i am saying till today i haven't got sick a day. I will be sharing what kind of diet you have to take and what kind of exercises you should do in my next blogs.
