Hello my dear candlemonk users, today I feel very happy to participate in sports competition conducted by my college.

As I already shared a blog about my college sports day during my first year, it will be similar to that blog. I would like to share that blog with you all.

If you missed it, read it first and get back to this blog.

Click the above link to read previous blog about my sports day.

I am from EEE department and now I am studying my second year, our college management decided to conduct a sport event and I am an handball player during my school days.

As I played very well in my first year sports day, hostel students let me play as a main 7 player and they want me to help the team as both attack and defence player.

It's common in every college that hostel students will participate more in all the events conducted by college. So I thought that I won't get a chance to play as main 7 and I will be waited outside.

But my classmate helped me to play as main player. Before two days, I don't want to play because I am not that much fit right now to play effectively and I should run here and there in-between the goal posts so that I doubted my self about my fitness.

It had been so many months without practicing handball and it's a long gap from all the sports also, as I am busy with my studies. But my classmate want me to play my game in my own way.

So yesterday I decided to play and accepted this chance to prove myself that I can do my best even after long gap.

Today morning, I am completely out of focus when our staff was teaching, she asked me few questions and I don't listen to the class, so I failed to answer her questions and she scold me and want me to stand for 45 mins(1 period) as I failed to answer and I don't have my book.

I thought that it's a warm-up for my legs. So finally I rushed to the ground and shoot the ball with my teammates and practice ball handling.

Our match was started, I shoot my team's first goal and totally I shoot 3 goals, my classmate shoot 5 goals, and another two boys scored each one goals,

So totally our team scored 10 goals but our opponent team scored 14 goals. We lost our game, but I don't feel bad for this defeat as I tried my ๐Ÿ’ฏ to win this match but I am unable to be active and effective in second half of the match. Personally happy with my 3 goals and i am on the way back to my home.

Its very difficult to travel by public transport instead of college bus at this late evening.

From 6:30 to 9:15 I travelled by two buses to reach my area.

Getting outpass from my college security incharge is difficult than defend my opponent.

So my next handball match will be next year sports event. Will get back to you with my experience on playing handball again in my third year.

Thankyou for everyone who liked my blogs and commented.

I like to read your comments and so share your comments. I will share more blogs and I will read all your blogs.
