Hello friends, J.Harish here to share a thought provoking story with you all as I said in my previous blog. If you missed it just take a look into my previous blog.

I heard this story somewhere, it's one of the most memorable story that I have heard before in my life. 

There is a shoe factory in a country. There are more workers in that factory. One day the factory owner announced that workers should work for extra hour with same salary. So, the workers decided to stop working. They went on strike.

Usually,strike in our knowledge is like fasting, stop all our works and just block the road and distrub all others work. But this strike is different from this silly, useless strike. 

The workers decided to produce a one set of shoe (left leg shoe) but not produce right leg shoe, which is useless without another shoe. Shoe will be manufactured as a pair. This problem is noted bu the higher officials and then they share this information with their owner.

Owner came to know about this problem and he get back his new command  about working for extra hour. 

The owner was shocked to see such a brilliant idea of strike without any distrubance and they continue their work as always but there is an opposition against him.so, he decided to increase their salary amount to make them happy. Then they produce the another set of shoes.

From this story, the workers proved that union is strength. This union and the idea behind that strike is the main reason behind their success. 

So, friends think befor every moves. Problems makes you stronger. One fine day you will succeed in life that one day is within your hands. 

“Don't wait for oppourtunities, just create it”.
