The Rainy season is always exotic, cloudy days, unexpected rains, sometimes cyclones, and unexpected holidays, days we can go out at any time without fear of the sun,  days we are completely drenched before returning home, Many planned things get postponed because of unexpected rain, farmers eagerly waiting to sow seeds, Umbrella shops having a great business, very few times waiting for sunny days only if you don't have a uniform for the next day or planned a big outdoor wedding, asking God for a big rain to skip the next day's maths assignment, sudden rains in the middle of sunny days, these things were surely experienced by many of us.

Monsoon is a transition from hot sultry days to cool windy days. Getting out of bed these days is a difficult task for many of us when it is raining heavily nothing is cozy than our bed. These days make us very lazy, making our mind only to sleep but not to work. In my school days while going to the bus stop shaking umbrellas at different angles only to get wet in the rain and walking very slowly when there is no umbrella this used to be my routine on rainy days. Making paper boats and testing whose boat is good, which one is not drowned, and declaring winners of our paper boat competition and constructing small channels and feeling proud that we have constructed a real dam are really great memories.

Greenery all around is the beauty of this season. Trees get new leaves, some seasonal flowers and fruits, and everything is in green from all corners gives relaxation to our eyes and soul. Enjoying the rain sitting by the window with a sip of hot coffee in my hands nothing can match the relaxation we get at this moment. Traveling long distances is a bit risky these days but traveling in cloudy weather on the greenery roads exactly feels like a path to heaven.

People generally prefer to go to hill stations in summer but these have a totally different face in the rainy season, enchanting views every where and the cool passing clouds, the smell after rain, these all give us the energy for the whole year.
