It was 1:00 Am in Paris but it is just like morning as it is the Christmas season the streets are decorated with Christmas trees, sparkling lights, trees full of bright decorations, the shops are still with customers buying gifts, some people are distributing clothes, food for the homeless people. Many people are roaming on roads and busy clicking pictures with Christmas trees whole city is in the holiday mood. Ishika sitting on a bench in the city park, calmly watching all these remembering her past Christmas season with john.

she stepped out of the park and started walking to her house. Now she was walking alone in the streets where she used to walk with john, holding hands, recalling what they have done in the day, annoying each other, weird experiences they have faced on the day, suggesting each other, planning trips, and almost everything about each other. she stopped at a church on the way, the church was decorated with vibrant flowers, a huge Christmas tree with glitter balls, people dressed as Santas “john return back wherever you are at least give me one indication that you are alive” she prayed the Lord.

she stepped into her house and stared at a photo frame in which john and ishika are smiling looking at each other's eyes. Her heart is jumping into the past, to those days when everything was normal, ishika preparing breakfast for john, going to the office together, working together, preparing dishes for each other, going to opera, gardening together always having each other's back. It was 3:00 Am, ishika pulled herself onto the bed trying to sleep but thoughts about john could not let her sleep.

“Ishika, I'm going to France this weekend will be back on Monday,” said John." oh well, I'm also going to Singapore will be back on Wednesday" replied ishika." They both packed their luggage and reached the airport, like every time tightly hugged each other and finally moved in opposite ways."Hey, ishika" shouted john, ishika turned back and john is running towards her, "I will give you a surprise on Wednesday" whispered john. Ishika smiled at him and said, "I will be waiting for that, bye".Ishika boarded the flight, now she was going to Singapore after 3years where she used to live with her parents happily , but suddenly they passed away, then she went to France ishika is remembering moments of her childhood and everything in Singapore.
