Oh, I have missed it, the due date passed, I didn't have enough time to do it, can some tell me time management tips, I am working round the clock but still, I didn't find enough time, these are the common scenarios for everyone when it comes to time. We might have followed many tips for time management but overtly these are just tips, we followed them for some days but after that back to normal. Everyone has different lives, different tasks, some tasks cannot be completed in time and many of us are unable to keep our eyes off social media.
Two tips will help you boost yourself for effective use of day, more productive weeks.
Tracking daily time :
Install the Smarter time app on your mobile. This app will provide record your time on every activity. This will show analytics on your total time on phone apps. Though it is not great to track your time on your daily activities, this will surely give you an idea of your time. If you are spending 3-4 hours on social media I am sure you will also think that it is not good and you will try to reduce this and an hour less than the previous day's time will give you immense joy and this is the very first step towards your effective time management. In this one hour, you can do many new activities or simply take a rest that comes under selfcare.
Divide a week into blocks :
Dividing a week into four blocks and focussing on every activity you want to do is a big step to your productive weeks. Working round the clock in a week will help you to enjoy more peaceful weekends and make new plans for next week. While dividing a week into four blocks you can find some free time on some days which welcomes new hobbies or energy to do things and this will not make your week a week of rough days.
Life gives us very little time to make new hobbies and discover our passion once time passes you will not be able to pursue your passion in your whole lifetime. New skills are necessary to have a pocketful of paths in your career so use them properly.
Time flies over us but leaves its shadow behind.
