Welcome back my dear bloggers, hope you are doing great and busy in framing your definition for success. In this blog, I am gonna share some things you must add to your self-care list.

Self-love, self-care is the most popular terms used by our generation. Though this is widely accepted all over, it's not only about appreciating your face, your body, your attitude few things need to be included in this one, to make it worthy. In this blog, I am gonna share 5 things that you must add to your list.

Take a break from social Media:

Self-love mostly includes controlling your emotions. Social media completely dissolves you. Like a salt when dissolved in water changes its taste it completely changes you. Changing your self by attracting towards bad things is not self-love instead you are killing your self. You need not delete all your accounts to control your social time instead set a timer for that one too. Go to the nearby park or your balcony or somewhere outside to relieve yourself, at this time leave your phone in the room. Spend some quality time with yourself, make new plans, and always achieve them.

Staying in on a Friday night:

Not every Friday night is meant for parties. I agree that weekends are the main source to boost your energy. Skip your weekend routines on at least some weekends, stay at your home, watch movies, do some experiments on your face. Like I said in my previous blog weekend on the bed is also acceptable. On this Friday night make a list of things that you have been postponing from a long time , try to complete some of them. Make this friend night as different yet productive one.

Keeping promises to yourself:

You might have made many promises to yourself . It may be of enrolling in a new course , joining in a gym , clearing all your back logs, making your own brands and other. you might have skipped most of these promises. Remember these promises , better to write them and paste it some where in your room. It may not be today , someday you will definitely think about them. Make them as a check list , complete them and have a sigh of satisfaction. This satisfaction is your main driving force.
