Hello everyone, hope you all are doing very well and might be hustling in your own ways. Yesterday , I read a blog which is about the summer holidays and I thought of writing mine too.

Summer holidays are the exciting days of childhood, I almost used to wait for the whole year for these ones. I still remember the last day of school before holidays where I used to have last annual exam , As some of the friends already knew that they are shifting to new school saying good bye to them , Our school is really vast, so me and my friends used to roam around as we are gonna miss this one for few days. Half day schools are more exciting in summer , coming to school little earlier and going back in the noon though it is really hot ,it is much exciting and I used to relax for the whole afternoon. Now a days I just feel like days are moving too faster when compared to those days where one afternoon is enough for playing, studying and cycling.

In summer holidays we used to move to my grandmothers house as our house is on the second floor and we didn't even had an AC then. My grandmothers house is quite big and it is in a small village which is spread with greenary all around and calm environment. Every day me and my elder sister used to wake up at 6:00AM and there is a limited water supply we used to complete all our chores fastly.

We used to do a lot of activities from painting to playing with toys and afternoons are most exciting. A very strict rule is to sleep for atleast 2 hours in the afternoon but as Iam not used to it , I just used to act as Iam sleeping and In the evening I used to roam around the streets , there is a lotus pond and almost everyday I used to visit that one atleast once just to count lotus and there is a river ghat near by and it is the best place to visit in the morning.

Those are the days which everything feel excited and I just feel like I spent those days with no responsibilities, no struggles and just exploring the beauty of the childhood. Remembering them today is taking me to lot of good old things and will definitely share all my experiences in the upcoming blogs.
