Feelings,feelings, emotions!Does your whole life run the way  feel? Sometimes you feel great,other times terrible and most of the time you feel all right.When you feel great "on top of the world"don't think you can achieve anything?When you don't feel down, depressed or negative, you feel that nothing is worth the effort and even if you were you would probably fail anyway?As I said, most of the time you will find yourself somewhere in the middle, through day to day life.But, what do you think you can do if you can control your emotional state and overcome your desired emotion?To develop this skill you must first realize what emotion is.Emotions are not demons or masters of your kingdom. They are just feelings you create with your perceptions.You provoke feelings based on internal and external circumstances that are usually based on your past experiences!When you experience a feeling, it is simply a feeling, which has started with your thoughts and these thoughts, in turn, have started with your memories.These memories can be either pleasant or painful, depending on how you started the situation.When presently confronted with a similar situation or event your brain re-remembers these memories on a conscious, or usually, unconscious level and the emotion associated with it feeds back to you.We give many different names to our feelings and emotions such as happiness, joy,happiness,fear,pain,frustration,anger but in reality there are only two emotions.One feels good and the other feels bad!I am sure you know the effects of feeling good and bad.You know that when you do something and feel good about it,then it is very likely to succeed, if you feel bad about it.In fact, if you have very bad feelings, you probably won't even try the venture!Fear is over!What if you can feel good in situations where you have felt bad before?What do you think will mean to you?Your emotional reactions reside in your subconscious mind.It controls them and it is responsible for feeding you feelings on a conscious level.This is why it can be so difficult or almost impossible for you to consciously create feelings.You cannot tell yourself to be happy and suddenly you are filled with happiness.In fact the opposite usually happens because your subconscious mind reinforces the initial feeling and thoughts with more than one!So how do you counter it?Since your emotional reactions remain in your subconscious mind,it comes from the reason that if you want to change them, you need to get access to your subconscious and start it again - just like a computer!So how do you do this?Well thankfully there is a way and it is easier than you think.This is definitely called HYPNOSIS.Through the use of hypnosis or self-hypnosis you can easily and quickly gain access to the subconscious mind.
