1. The subconscious controls all involuntary physical functions you already know, such as breathing, salivation, circulation, and digestion. You do not consciously choose to digest your food. It happens because the subconscious process works.

2. The following is concrete evidence, but take a moment to think about these questions:  Are you worried? depression? Do you hesitate? Do you have a habit that doesn't suit you? When your consciousness is limited, your subconscious mind continues to operate with autopilot, maintaining your natural or learned tendencies, for better or for worse.

3. Nevertheless, your memory is always positively influencing you. Imagine a particular memory that drives much of your reaction, your level of motivation, your natural reaction to others, and your reaction to any situation. Even unconscious memory determines all these aspects of your daily life.

4. Consciousness is like a radio receiver. How many channels are you recording? Having one or two channels severely limits your choices. The more options you can switch channels to, depending on what's happening in your life, the sooner you'll be able to respond to better information.

5. It is the filing cabinet of all memories. Through these memories, the subconscious mind determines how you react to life and make decisions.

6.It mind goes beyond learning new skills. It is involved in information processing and affects everything we think, say and do. It preserves our beliefs and values, determines our memory, monitors the information around us, and determines what is sent to consciousness and what is later preserved.

7. The mind is still seen by many psychologists as the shadow of the "real" conscious mind, but the unconscious is more flexible, complex, controlled, contemplative, and action-oriented than itself. There is convincing evidence that. One.

8. The Mind is an unconditional servant, working day and night to ensure that your actions match patterns that match your emotional thoughts, hopes, and desires. Your subconscious mind grows either flowers or weeds in the garden of your life, depending on what you plant through the spiritual equivalents you create.

9. Minding behavior, or the first entry into consumer thinking before encouraging purchases, is usually triggered by a combination of perceptual and emotional responses. We have observed this type of behavior many times in our eye-tracking studies.

10. It is a powerful force to consider. It accounts for about 95% of your brain power and handles everything your body needs to function properly, from eating and breathing to digestion and memory creation.
