Anyone who finds yoga just as easily after seeing a student come out of a yoga class and later eat at McDonald's or something is probably right. why? Yes, yoga as a whole requires proper nutrition. One is not without the other. This is a quality that anyone with a deep desire to start yoga should understand. If anyone wants to do yoga, they should include all their goals. When I started practicing yoga six years ago, I focused on nutrition and yoga. Maybe this was the end, but as it happened at the joints, this was when a friend told me to see fasting and a natural diet as a way to cure the terrible acne of my time. .. I came across Swami's book The Complete Illustrated Book of Yoga, which had a full chapter on food.
