Today, I read somewhere around the line that “you attract what you are and not what you want"! and this line couldn't be more true. It nearly struck me that simple, beautiful, and true that line is.
Thinking positively isn't the art, or isn't that comes from within it's something you got to develop through practice and understanding things more vividly.
Let it be the worst circumstances you are facing now or let it be as vague as your stress that occurs dealing with exams and the timing of the results, positive perspective is what makes things all perfect eventually over time in fact in less time.
It may sound too good to be true but you what? It is!!! You don't have to hop on books and master skills for that you just need to align your thoughts and diversify them into different streams, that make you feel better, positive, confident, and cheer you up to attract more positive your way.
How do you do that?
Now there is no rocket science to do it, whenever the awful struck your mind like a truck, take a moment and think about it, is it valid what I am thinking? What worst could happen if (your thought) will come in the presence, if the answer petrified you, fear not! Take another deep breath and start thinking about the solutions, how you overcome that situation, what will cause you less trouble and that's it you are diversifying your energy into a whole different and effective perspective that requires logical thinking and not triggering your stress hormones either way.
As I said positive thinking develops when you start thinking about the solutions to your problem in a way to solve it, when you think about the results and not fear them.
Now how could you overcome your fear?
By practicing!
What practices?
These are the four sure ways and nearly the best way to bring yourself into enlightenment and start a positive thought in mind but then several other days fluctuate your intentions but other than these you can watch motivational videos, yoh. An always look up to your ideals, you, you can read an inspirational book or you can do journaling where you are writing everything and anything that comes in your mind and let that junk goes all away, and then you can have a crystal clear image of your distress that hopefully will also give a solution to it all by itself because this is what I personally also do when I am in distress and surely all these things come to my rescue.
You are going to be burnout some or the day remember that this isn't the end of all, and of course, you are going to face a day in which none of this might work out or not, but remember that there are always solutions for everything and if it isn't that you got to make yourself one, take a moment and come back, relax, and then push yourself even harder than yesterday
Everything you ever want is already there, just one step forward more; how about that as a motivation!!!!
