Hello, friends i know most of you don't do exercise regularly.Actually we don't need to do exercise on the  daily basis you can be stay fit by doing exercise on alternate days.

Exercise keeps our body in  shape. Our body shape tell us  about our health.It is also helpful in keeping our mind healthy.

Let us talk about another benefits of exercise:-

1.Body weight :- If you want to lose your weight then your rate of burning calories must be higher than the rate of calories intake.Exercise helps us in losing calories.You can burn sufficient calories by doing exercise at home or gym.Obesity is increasing day by day due to our daily lifestyle.Adding exercise in our daily schedule can protect us from obesity.

2.Makes heart stronger:-When we do exercise our heart starts doing more work because at that time our body needs more oxygen.Oxygen can be transported with the help of blood in the body.Our heart is responsible for circulation of blood in the body.More exercise means more heart work in that way exercise keeps our heart healthy too.

3.Exercise can protect you from diabetes:-It keeps our blood sugar level low.High sugar level is not good for our health it can make our pancreas weak.Exercise helps us in maintaining our insulin level.

4.Mood:-During exercise our body secretes hormones which are helpful in changing our mood from stressed to relaxed.Nowadays, many people are suffering from depression due to their stressful daily routine.Exercise can get them relief for sometime and it will also make them stronger.

5.Lifespan:-Exercise also helps us to live longer many doctors claimed that exercise increases our chances to live longer.This happens because exercise keeps our body parts healthy like heart,lung and kidney etc and healthy organs means healthy body.And if your body is healthy then definately you are going to live longer.

Exercise also protect us from many types of cancer.It also helps us to sleep well because of tiredness caused by exercise.
