Hai friends I hope all are doing good and safe in my previous blog I was shared colors gives us healthy benefits. In that blog I was discussed two colors that is green and yellow. In my today's blog I will discussed three colors they are, red, Orange and blue color.

RED
“ RED IS THE POWER OF STRONG”
Color red shows strong,danger, increased respiratory rates, increased enthusiasm, higher level of energy and increased confidence. Red color is the universal color for courage, strength and etc. Red is the color of fire so it is dangerous one for animals and it be an danger bearing of emotions.
Red colored foods helps to prevent cancer, lung cancer, reduce tumour growth, lowering the blood pressure, health diseases, it decrease the rick for stroke. Naturally red colored foods are high in nutrition and high level of source in vitamins. Some of red colored foods that improves our health such as beetroot, strawberry, raspberries, red cherries, red apples, watermelon, pomegranate and etc. Red colored vegetables product us from the damaging from tobacco smoke.
Red colored vegetables are high in Vitamin-A, Vitamin-C, Vitamin-K, and potassium. Red vegetables includes tomatoes, and various types of red pepper.
ORANGE
“ ORANGE DENOTES SUNSHINE”
Orange color is between red color and yellow color of the spectrum. Orage color is defined as joy, sunshine, creativity, success, encouragement, health, happiness, fun and etc. Orange colored foods helps to prevent neural tube defects in unborn babies. Orange foods contain high amount of carotenoids, it is rich Vitamin-A and Vitamin-C.
Orange color foods like carrots, pumpkin, papaya, mango, cantaloupe, squash, sweet potatoes and etc.,helps to prevent health diseases and it improves our lives.
BLUE
“ BLUE REPRESENTS SKY AND SEA”
Blue color signifies peace, calmness, helping to reduce anxiety, decrease blood pressure, maintain heart rates and etc. In English language the word blue represents depression of sadness, also the blue color represents both the sky and sea of open spaces, so it shows freedom, inspiration and sensitivity.
Some of blue color fruits are black currants, blueberries, elderberries, blue tomatoes and etc. While eating blue colored foods it helps to prevent heart diseases, stroke and cancer. Blue and purple fruits and vegetables are very important for health and it is used to increase our memory power.
