Hii there, his is a fitness blog. And now I gonna be share some special things about health and fitness which also help you to stay slim in a sustainable way. 
For every person on fat has now become a shame. A person due to extra fat do’t want to go anywhere , don’t want to click pictures just because others are slim and fit, they look beautiful but you are like a couch potato in front of them.

Don’t worry there are many tips for you that you can follow. I actually followed these tips in my life and now i look so slim and graceful.

NEVER DO ANY DIET:-Firstly, don’t go on for any type of diet. Believe me , I had undergone through many diets by following google or you tube tips and I can’t say these don’t work. They workbut if i stopped them, I got too much extra fat more than before i started my diet. So this is not the sustainable way. The much better way is to eat in proportions. Gap of two hours between your meal is necessary . Dont eat processed or junk food and do not take sugar as well , but eat nutritious food like almonds, milk, juice (without sugar), nuts, oats, whole wheat grains, peanuts, protein bars and much more what ever you like . 


THINK GLOBAL,EAT LOCAL:-One another thing is  I started buying many products like oats, chia seeds, flex seeds, olive oil , and many things which are recommended by different people on social media. But these are also not sustainable and even you get lack of energy . Eat as per your taste. Think global , eat local. If you are a north Indian like me, eat pranthas and roti sabji , with less oil and in proportions. Your natural diet that you always followed from your birth is far better than choosing any other diets.

WATER(THE LIFE SAVER):-Drink plenty of water. Always drink 3litres of water a day. We all knew this but only a few people follow  this. Water not only keeps you hyderated but also cleans your gut.

FIRST MEAL OF THE DAY:-Never start your day with tea or coffee. Eat 4 soaked almonds as your first meal. 


DO NOT CUT OIL INTAKES FROM EACH FOOD ITEM:- What many people do, if they want to loose their weight, they start cutting their oils from each and every food item like they eat chapatti without applying ghee upon it😂😂. I think its very common amog many people. But this is really wrong. This oil is very essential for the digestion of your chapatti and for muscle growth of your body. This oil will also maintain the glow of your skin.
