1. DEVELOP A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF VICTIM STANCE:
- Victim stance is a kind of a mental state where we always blame others and situations.
- We are not taking any responsibilities on our shoulders.
- We never find ourselves accountable for the action. We always think situations are out of our control.
- We always feel that We are the most unlucky or unhappier person and others are the happiest persons.
- We always fill up with negativity and always blame others, for misfortune.
- We always degrade ourselves, always in a state of low self-esteem and depression kind of situations.
