Mango is one of the best fruit in the world as well as most important among the tropical fruits of India. It's scientific name is Mangifera indica belongs to family Anacardiaceae, commonly called as King of fruits or bathroom fruit. It is the most popular, choicest and tastiest fruit pefer by many people around the world. 

Mangoes are eaten in various ways, raw mango in the form of pickles, chutneys, in recipes like dal & meat curries or just directly with salt and red chilies powder. While majority of ripe mangoes are consumed fresh and as whole, only 1 - 2% of mangoes among produced are processed to make products like juices, squash, jams, jellies, candies, canned slices,  mango puree, nectar to ingest the taste throughout the year.

Say bye to bad cholesterol - As mangoes are good source of vitamin c, pectin and fiber, it help in controlling cholesterol.

Hi to glowing skin - Having a glowing and gradient skin in this pollution environment is a bliss. With mangoes you can have healthy and flawless skin, as mangoes deep cleanse the skin from within besides tightening the pores.

 Keeping the cancer at a bay - Yellow orange colour of the fruits are mainly due a pigment called beta - carotene. Mangoes are rich source of beta - carotene. Beta - carotene is an antioxidant which fights with free radicals, as these free radicals damages the cells thus leading to growth of cancers.

For your eyes only - Mangoes are rich source of Vitamin A which is very essential for improving eye sight, prevent dryness of eyes and night blindness.

Loaded with Vitamin C and K - Mangoes are loaded with vitamin C and K, Vitamin C helps forming blood vessels and collagen besides healing wounds and increasing immunity. On the other side vitamin K helps in preventing anemia and along with strengthening bones.

A healthy heart, healthy you - Magnesium and Potassium helps to lower the blood pressure and maintain regular pulse rate.
