Due to the hectic and busy routine of daily work, women often make mistakes like hurrying to eat food, not eating breakfast, not getting enough sleep, and living in bad posture.  If such mistakes were made during daily work, it is unintentional, but these mistakes would have proved to be very fatal for the health of women.  Huh.  

They also increase the risk of stress, obesity, high blood pressure, mental health, depression, and many stomach-related diseases in women.  Most of these mistakes are such that they can be corrected by making small changes in lifestyle.  

The easy way is to recognize these mistakes and pay attention to them.  This will not only improve health but also prevent serious diseases from happening in the future.

1) Not having breakfast:- Concentration decreases.  

According to Gloria Sang, Founder, and Dietitian, of HealthCastle.com, breakfast in the morning provides enough energy for the body to function during the day.  When you do not have breakfast, the body starts working slower to save energy.  

Metabolism is affected by this, due to which concentration decreases.  If you don't eat breakfast, cortisol levels will continue to rise to maintain blood sugar levels, which causes insulin resistance.  A study in the American Journal of Epidemiology found that people who do not eat breakfast are more prone to obesity.  

What to do: -

 Have breakfast within two hours of waking up in the morning.  It should contain a mixture of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.
 

2) Disorganized sleeping: - 

The immune system is weak, according to the Better Sleep Council of Canada, sleeping disorderly on the sofa, etc., disturbs the sequence of sleep.  Due to this hormones and metabolism are affected.  The immune system weakens, which reduces the ability to fight diseases.  

What to do:- 

Always sleep in a systematically designated place.  Turn off the TV an hour before bedtime.  Chat with family.  Go for a walk  

3) Poor posture: - 

There is a problem of tension, and headache, according to Canadian chiropractor Ronda Kirkwood, the weight of the head is about 4.5 kg.  If the head is not properly placed on the shoulders, the muscles of the neck are stressed, which leads to tension and headache.  

What to do:- 

Always sit while keeping the weight balanced.  Keep your shoulders back.  Keep the chin facing down.  Elbows should be at 90 degrees. 

 4) Living alone: ​​-

 High BP and brain loneliness are one of the biggest causes of mental problems.  According to Web MD, being alone for a long time increases the risk of high blood pressure, depression, and neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's in women.  Sleep is affected due to loneliness, which leads to many other problems. 

 What to do: - 

If you feel lonely, then engage in more such activities in which outsiders are involved.  If not physically, stay in touch with people by phone only.
