Problems such as a cold and cough are mainly due to allergies or viral infections and colds can be a common symptom of many diseases. It is called Prathya in Ayurveda. This condition includes sneezing, headache, runny nose, and fever. Many herbs like basil, chili (black pepper), adhatusa (vasaaka), Haridra (turmeric) and ginger are also very effective in treating colds.

There may be a complaint of cold if there is an imbalance in breathing in the body. Panchakarma therapy and other therapies such as runny nose, sweating (method of sweating), vomiting, smoking, and enema are used. Colds and coughs are contagious. But its treatment is possible. Through Panchakarma, proper diagnosis and regular medication, and a healthy lifestyle can completely cure a cold and cough.

Cold and cough is a condition that affects the respiratory tract and causes inflammation. Its main symptoms include runny nose, sneezing, headache, white water from nose, itching in nose and eyes, and sometimes fever. According to Ayurveda, in this condition, phlegm, bile, or blood starts flowing towards arthritis. This imbalance in arthritis also causes exercise problems. This condition can be corrected or eliminated by balancing arthritis.

Aromatic aerated oils, such as eucalyptus (oil puffed in the air), can relieve common symptoms of whooping cough. This treatment removes the saliva accumulated in the respiratory tract and cleanses the defect. Sweating is a panchakarma therapy in which sweat glands are stimulated to increase sweating and flow. This treatment takes about 30 to 40 minutes. It contains steam made from some medicinal plants in a wooden chamber.

Runny and sneezing in cold and cough, excessive swelling due to infection, thick and fragrant discharge from the nose and heaviness in the head, nasal discharge. There are also blood spots and red eyes. In the treatment of cold and cough, the condition is controlled and recurrence is prevented. Colds and coughs (early stage) or chronic, and treatment depends on the type of cold.

Cold and cough can also be treated with carbs (containing herbal juices), nirgundi oil, Shanti (dry ginger) nasal spray, or basil nasi (mixed with basil extracts). The nose is lightly massaged on the forehead, cheeks, palms, and backside of the neck. It is also advisable to rinse with warm water after the action of the nose.

Smoking is an injection of various medicinal herbs into the nose. Along with smoke, Ingudi and Sattu are useful in colds. Ginger extracts can also be injected into the nose via a nebulizer. If you have bilateral kidney or skin or dry eye, smoking is not suitable for this.

In the meristem, a medicinal oil is applied rhythmically from above the forehead. Headache is also recommended for cold and cough. It is a safe process to remove toxins from the body. In vomiting, mucus and mucus are expelled from the body through the mouth. In contrast, extracts, ghee, or alcohol of various herbs are consumed and cane decoction is added.

Basti is very effective in the treatment of Panchakarma. Medicinal oil extracts or medicines are given in the colony. It helps in balancing the Vata dosha. The enema lives in the lower parts of the intestines and digestive system and excretes all toxins and unbalanced air from the body through feces.

For the treatment of cold and cough, basil leaves are drunk with honey. Basil leaves, roots, and flowers have medicinal properties. There are many varieties of basil. Consumption of Tulsi is safe for people of all ages. Ginger juice is effective for relieving cold. For the treatment of whooping cough, you can take ginger juice with milk or sugarcane juice. Ginger juice can also be used to make many other things.

Black pepper reduces bloating and frozen cough in winter. It is used as a powder with honey or water. You can get chili powder with lukewarm water to reduce the symptoms of a cold. Fresh juice of Adhatoda leaves acts as a disinfectant. It relieves blocked nasal passages and relieves blocked nose.
