my favorite dish is chicken fried rice…. 

lets gooo…..

i may declare with 99% confidence that everything you need to prepare a pot of fried rice is already in your cabinets and refrigerator. What you'll need is
White rice
Vegetables frozen
Garlic
Wok or sesame oil
Thighs or breasts of chicken
Eggs
Oh my goodness, butter!
If you do not need to follow a gluten-free diet, use regular soy sauce or gluten-free tamari.

Utilize any leftover rice. If you have extra cooked rice from a dinner during the week, save it for fried rice. Cold leftover rice is excellent for fried rice. Below, I'll walk you through my favorite way to prepare fresh rice.


Not even chicken? Not a problem! Chopped shrimp, leftover steak, shredded pig, smoked rib meat, or chopped kielbasa all work well in this recipe. Alternatively, cut out meat and eat twice as many veggies.
